OLP Retreads being the first in the region to install Shearography Tyre Testing System for inspection of tyre carcasses during our process. With the TV shearography technique, a holographic measurement method which realiably detects material deformations in the range of microns - faulty areas can be identified clearly and reproducably.

Overhead Monorail System
Our manufacturing shop floor equipped with Overhead Monorail System that helps improve work efficiency, flexibility and effectively use of space. The advantages of the system are ensure the cleanliness, and thus enhance the product quality and consistency.

The applications of the system included transport of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods between storage buffers and workstations.
